This organisation was initiated and inspired by Mufti Umar Farooq Sahib in 2022. Mufti Sahibs idea was to create events which will allow young people to connect to the scholars, once the young people are connected to the scholars, they will resort to gain their knowledge and advice throughout their lives from authentic sources and not just resort to ‘Shaykh Google’.
Our target are young people ranging from the ages of 11 – 30 from across London. Through MYC events the young Muslims learn new skills, develop personally, socially, become more disciplined and connect themselves to our beautiful Deen in the correctly guided way. Young people are also given the opportunity to take up leadership positions, which challenge and develop them to lead groups of other young people and develop key life skills.
